The objective of the Viridian Hotel Group is to acquire assets that once re-capitalized can grow their core business. The group structure will allow for synergies to be created across the group with core operational competencies centralised for greater efficiency and tighter financial management control and shared procurement.

In 2016, the number of foreign visitors to Ireland broke the previous record high in 2007 and passed the 8 million mark for the first time. This record was reset in 2017 and again in 2018 respectively. The hotel industry is seeing rise in both room and occupancy rates. With the average hotel occupancy rate at 82%, Dublin has become, among major European cities, the one with the highest hotel occupancy rate. The rest of the country also sees growth in ADR and occupancy rates, and we expect such trends to continue in the next three years.
